Veggie & Beef Patties

Ingredients:

These veggie and beef patties are a great way to get your kids to eat their veggies!

1/2 lb ground beef
1 small carrot (peeled and grated)
1 small potato (peeled and grated)
1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 tablespoon ketchup
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  • Combine ground beef, carrot, potato, parsley, onion and ketchup.

  • Shape into patties.

  • Heat oil in frying pan and cook patties until browned on each side and cooked through.

  • Serve patties on hamburger rolls with tomato and lettuce if desired.
