Savoury Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup of finely chopped cooked lean bacon or ham 1/2 coarsely grated cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives 1/2 cup butter (melted) 1 cup milk 1 egg, beaten lightly

Directions:

Lightly grease a muffin pan.

Combine flour, bacon or ham, cheese and chives in a large bowl.

Stir in butter, milk and egg (make sure not to over mix).

Pour mixture into pan holes.

Bake in moderately hot oven 15 minutes.
