Sausage And Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
4 slices bread cubed 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cups milk 4 sausages, browned 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Makes 4 to 6 servings

Directions:

Cube bread and place in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese.

Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over ingredients in baking pan.

May cover and chill overnight.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if using).

Bake 45 minutes at 325F or until golden brown and cooked through.

Cut into squares to serve.
