Pork Chop and Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

6 good quality pork chops
1 package her stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

• Prepare stuffing mix according to packet instructions.

• Place stuffing in non stick baking pan.

• Place pork chops over stuffing.

• In a bowl mix soup with milk and pour over stuffing and chops.

• Cover with foil and bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour or until pork chops are browned and cooked through.
