Pan Fried Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:
4 good quality pork thin pork chops 2 eggs 3 tablespoons milk 1/2 cup flour 4 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.

Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.

Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture then in flour.

Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
