No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch
Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups of crispy rice cereal
Directions:
Combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Stir in cereal and mix well. Shape into balls and place on waxed paper and chill until firm. Store in an airtight container.
Extra Tip:
Moisten your hands before rolling mixture into balls for easier handling.
Cool Marshmallow Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips 2/3 cup mini-marshmallows 2 cups whipped topping 1 box of graham crackers, any flavor
Directions:
Mix chocolate chips, marshmallows and whipped topping in large bowl. Scoop mixture onto graham cracker and sandwich with another square. Keep repeating until all of the chocolate chip mixture has been used up. Freeze sandwiches in freezer for approximately 2 hours or until frozen. Serve frozen.
No Bake Oatmeal Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter 3 tablespoons peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring regularly for about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, pecans (if using) and vanilla. Mix well. Add oatmeal until completely mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill until firm. Store in an airtight container.
No Bake Brown Sugar Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 3 cup mashed shredded wheat cereal (or other ready-to-eat cereal flakes)
Directions:
Bring brown sugar and honey to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Stir in cereal. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper/tin foil. Cool until firm.
