Egg And Bacon Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 slices white bread, crusts removed 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cups milk 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Directions:
Place bread in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish and set aside. Combine eggs and milk, pour over bread. Sprinkle bacon over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and let stand for about 15 minutes if you can. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if using). Bake, covered, at 350F for 20 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Sausage And Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 slices bread cubed 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cups milk 4 sausages, browned 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mild Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Makes 4 to 6 servings
Directions:
Cube bread and place in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Pour over ingredients in baking pan. May cover and chill overnight. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (if using). Bake 45 minutes at 325F or until golden brown and cooked through. Cut into squares to serve.

Directions:
Get a slice of bread and cut out a circle in the middle (you can use a cup or large round cookie cutter). Lightly grease frying pan and place slice of bread in it. Gently break the egg into the middle of the circle and cook until lightly brown on bottom. Gently turn over and cook on the other side.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Lightly butter a muffin pan (butter as many muffin holes as you intend to use). Take the bread and place it inside the muffin cups so that it completely lines it (like a muffin case). Gently break open egg into the bread. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until fluffy and lightly browned.

Ingredients:
2 eggs 1 tablespoon milk 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese Butter
Directions:
Heat slightly buttered frying pan. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk. Pour egg mixture into pan. When the eggs start to set sprinkle with grated cheese and fold omelette over. Turn over once and serve.
