Quick and Easy Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 5 tablespoons butter (melted) 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F and lightly butter a square baking dish (8x8). Place cocoa powder, sugar and melted butter in a large bowl. In a separate bowl beat the eggs. Add beaten eggs to cocoa/sugar mixture and mix well. Add flour until just combined. Do not over mix. Transfer batter to baking dish. Place in preheated oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Do not overcook. Let cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
Walnut Brownies
Ingredients:
4 ounces baking chocolate 1 1/2 sticks butter 2 cups sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat on stovetop or microwave just until butter is melted then stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar, beaten eggs and vanilla and mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and walnuts (if using). Transfer batter into a lightly greased square baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for approximately 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
Best Ever Brownies
Ingredients:
1 8 ounce bar of baking chocolate (cut into squares) 1 cup butter 5 eggs 3 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/4 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease a square baking dish and set aside. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat and set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer at high speed for a few minutes until well blended. Add chocolate/butter mixture, flour and salt until just mixed. Do not over mix. Fold in pecans/walnuts and transfer mixture to baking dish. Bake for approximately 30 minutes (do not over bake). Let cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
