Ham & Cheese Baked Croissant
Ingredients:
Croissants (cut open) Ham (sliced) Cheese (mild cheddar)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or use sandwich grill. Cut croissants open and lightly butter inside. Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheddar cheese and close tightly. Place croissants on buttered baking pan or in sandwich grill and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Egg & Bacon Pockets
Ingredients:
2 eggs 2 slices of lean bacon 2 pita breads
Directions:
Lightly toast each pita bread and cut in half. Cut bacon strips into small pieces and place in preheated frying pan. Cook for about 2 minutes (or use microwave). Remove from heat and set aside. Scramble eggs in a lightly buttered frying pan. When eggs are done add bacon and stir together. Fill each toasted pita pocket with egg and bacon mixture.
Breakfast Pita Melt Recipe
Ingredients:
Pita Bread Turkey slices Cheese (mild cheddar)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut pita bread in half and open each pocket. Place one slice of turkey and one slice of cheddar cheese and close tightly. Place Pitas on buttered baking pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Breakfast Quesadilla Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tortilla wraps Cheese (grated) Butter
Directions:
Preheat a lightly buttered large frying pan. Sprinkle cheese over one tortilla leaving a gap at the sides. Top with the other tortilla to make a sandwich. Gently place in pan and cook for about 2 minutes, turning over once until both sides are golden and cheese is melted. Cut into even triangle (Quesadilla) pieces and serve.
Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients:
2 eggs 2 slices ham (chopped) 1 small chopped tomato 2 tortilla wraps Butter
Directions:
Scramble eggs in lightly buttered, preheated frying pan. Add chopped slices of ham and tomato. Set aside. Warm tortilla wraps in microwave and fill with egg and bacon filling and fold into a burrito shape. Cut into small pieces for younger children.
Cheesy Ham & Egg Wraps
Ingredients:
6 eggs 2 tablespoons of milk 1/2 cup of ham, cut into small pieces 1/2 cup of mild Cheddar cheese 3 Tortilla Wraps Butter
Directions:
Heat slightly buttered frying pan. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk. Place ham in frying pan and lightly brown for 2 minutes. Add eggs and cheese, gently scramble. Set aside on a plate. Warm tortilla wraps in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Then fill each wrap with scrambled egg and ham mixture. Fold into wrap shape and cut in half or in pieces.
