Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups milk

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  • Whisk until smooth.

  • Pour 1/4-cupfuls onto greased griddle.

  • When bubbles begin to form and break, flip.

  • Cook until they spring back when touched.
