Grilled Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:
6 boneless good quality pork chops 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup olive oil 4 large cloves garlic (minced) Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, and garlic.

Place chops in a large bowl and pour marinade over chops.

Cover bowl with cling film and place in refrigerator.

If possible try to marinate chops for at least 6 hours (or overnight).

If you can't marinate chops for that long, a good couple of hours will do.

Drain pork chops and discard marinade.

Place pork chops in broiler pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
