Grilled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds fish fillet of choice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Mix together parsley, olive oil and garlic.

  • Spread mixture over fish fillets.

  • If possible cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to let the fish absorb the seasoning.

  • Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

  • Grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
