Grilled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds fish fillet of choice 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix together parsley, olive oil and garlic.

Spread mixture over fish fillets.

If possible cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to let the fish absorb the seasoning.

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

Grill for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
