Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe

This makes a delicious and creamy mashed potato recipe... but be warned it is high in fat and calories.
Ingredients:
Approximately 7 to 8 medium size russet potatoes (cut into quarters) 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 6 cloves garlic (peeled) Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place potatoes, garlic cloves and enough water to cover in large pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Drain potatoes and garlic well.

Place potatoes and garlic back in pot and add milk, butter, salt and pepper.

Using electric mixer, mix on high speed for approximately 2 minutes or until potatoes are creamy.
