Okay this can't really be called a "recipe" but the idea is to create interest and variety using lots of different shaped cookie cutters and types of bread.

Try making the sandwiches with both white bread and a whole wheat bread or multigrain bread. This looks nicer but also caters to all different tastes too.

Use a variety of fillings to create interest and again to suit different taste buds!

And don't just stick to one type of cookie cutter... try different ones for a more fun effect. But remember, the more intricate the design the harder the sandwiches will be to cut.
