Ingredients:
Bread, crusts removed Eggs Shredded Cheddar cheese Butter

Directions:

Lightly butter a muffin pan (butter as many muffin holes as you intend to use).

Take the bread and place it inside the muffin cups so that it completely lines it (like a muffin case).

Gently break open egg into the bread.

Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until fluffy and lightly browned.
