Egg & Bacon Pockets

Ingredients:
2 eggs 2 slices of lean bacon 2 pita breads

Directions:

Lightly toast each pita bread and cut in half.

Cut bacon strips into small pieces and place in preheated frying pan.

Cook for about 2 minutes (or use microwave).

Remove from heat and set aside.

Scramble eggs in a lightly buttered frying pan.

When eggs are done add bacon and stir together.

Fill each toasted pita pocket with egg and bacon mixture.
