Easy Tofu Burgers

------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:

1 lb. Firm tofu (crumbled)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 slice day old bread (finely crumbled)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Vegetable or olive oil for shallow frying

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients (except oil) together.

  • Knead for a minute or so, until the mixture holds together and shape into patties.

  • Cook in frying pan for about 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and heated through.

Extra Tip:

 

If mixture is a little sticky try adding a little flour to the veggie mixture.
