Easy Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs (beaten )
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions:

  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.

  • Shape mixture into standard meatball size pieces (or bigger meatballs if preferred).

  • Place meatballs on lightly greased baking tray.

  • Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes (for standard size meatballs, longer for larger meatballs) or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
