Easy Hamburger Wedges

Ingredients:
1/2 lb gound beef 1/2 cup stale breadcrumbs 1 egg (beaten lightly) 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 2 teaspoons olive oil 2 cheese slices 2 pitta pockets 2 tablespoons ketchup Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs and onion in medium bowl.

Heat oil in frying pan and cook patties until browned on each side and cooked through.

Place cheese on top of patties during last few minutes of cooking to melt.

Spread each side with ketchup top with patties and remaining pitta.

Serve with potato wedges and salad.
