Easy Hamburger & Macaroni

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Cook elbow macaroni according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a heavy skillet brown ground beef.

  • Add garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Remove from heat and add tomato soup and macaroni. Mix well.

  • Place ground beef and macaroni mixture in baking pan.

  • Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350F for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden and ground beef is cooked through.
