Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1 lb stew meat (cut into chunks)
1 can corn (drained)
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans mixed vegetables (drained)
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 beef stock cube

Directions:

• Place stew meat in large pot with enough water to cover meat.

• Boil for 20 minutes.

• Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 20 more minutes or until meat is soft.

• Add a bit more water while cooking if necessary.
