4 large oranges
2 4-serving packets of jello (color of choice)
Toothpicks and paper for sails

Directions:

• Prepare jello according to packet instructions (leaving out a little of the recommended water to make a thicker jello). I used orange-flavored jello because I like how that color looks with the oranges... but experiment with any other colors you like.

• Place in refrigerator to cool but not harden.

• Wash and cut oranges in half to make two portions. Remove filling from inside orange.

• Place each half of the oranges in a small bowl and fill the inside of the orange with cooled jello. ently place in refrigerator until jello sets fully.

• Once jello is completely set place orange halves on a cutting board and cut each half into another half (to make a wedge shape).

• Cut triangles out of white paper and insert paper onto a toothpick.

• Stick the "sails" into your jello boats and serve.
