Creamy Mashed Potato Recipe

This makes a delicious and creamy mashed potato recipe... but be warned it is high in fat and calories.
Ingredients:
Approximately 7 to 8 medium size russet potatoes (cut into quarters) 1/4 half and half (use milk for lighter potatoes) 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place potatoes and enough water to cover in large pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Drain potatoes well and place back in pot.

Heat butter and half and half in a small saucepan.

Add half and half mixture, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to potatoes and mix using wooden spoon.

Then, using an electric mixer, mix on high speed for approximately 2 minutes or until potatoes are creamy.
