Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

* Suitable for all cake, bread and muffin recipes listed in the autum recipes section.

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)

3 tablespoons butter (softened)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth, preferrably with electric mixer.
Use to frost cakes and muffins.
