Chicken Soup for Baby

------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:

1 boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 carrot (chopped)
1 celery (chopped)
1 small potato (peeled and chopped)

Directions:

  • Remove any fat from chicken.

  • Chop chicken into chunks and place in a pan with enough water to cover.

  • Simmer on low for approximately 15 minutes.

  • Add chopped vegetables to pan and simmer another 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  • Transfer mixture to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

  • You may need to blend mixture in batches.
