Chicken Soup for Baby

Ingredients:
1 boneless/skinless chicken breast 1 carrot (chopped) 1 celery (chopped) 1 small potato (peeled and chopped)

Directions:

Remove any fat from chicken.

Chop chicken into chunks and place in a pan with enough water to cover.

Simmer on low for approximately 15 minutes.

Add chopped vegetables to pan and simmer another 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Transfer mixture to food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

You may need to blend mixture in batches.
