Cheesy Mashed Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
Approximately 7 to 8 medium size russet potatoes (cut into quarters) 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons sour cream 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place potatoes and enough water to cover in large pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Place potatoes back in pot and add milk, butter, salt and pepper and stir until mixed.

Then add cheese and sour cream and stir well.

Mash using hand-held masher until smooth.

You can also use a hand-held electric mixer for creamier potatoes.
