Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients:
2 Tortilla wraps Cheese (grated) Butter

Directions:

Preheat a lightly buttered large frying pan.

Sprinkle cheese over one tortilla leaving a gap at the sides.

Top with the other tortilla to make a sandwich.

Gently place in pan and cook for about 2 minutes, turning over once until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.

Cut into even triangle (Quesadilla) pieces and serve.

Extra Tip:
For variation, before topping with second tortilla add turkey, ham, chopped tomatoes, scrambled eggs or any other favorite toppings.
