Breakfast Pita Melt

Ingredients:

Pita Bread
Turkey slices
Cheese (mild cheddar)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  • Cut pita bread in half and open each pocket.

  • Place one slice of turkey and one slice of cheddar cheese and close tightly.

  • Place Pitas on buttered baking pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
