Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 slices ham (chopped)
1 small chopped tomato
2 tortilla wraps
Butter

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Directions:

  • Scramble eggs in lightly buttered, preheated frying pan.

  • Add chopped slices of ham and tomato. Set aside.

  • Warm tortilla wraps in microwave and fill with egg and bacon filling and fold into a burrito shape.

  • Cut into small pieces for younger children.
