Honey Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients:

4 chicken boneless/skinless chicken breasts or 6 chicken legs
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce


------------------------------------------------------------

Directions:

  • Combine honey, lime and soy sauce in a bowl.

  • Pour honey marinade over chicken, cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (if possible let stand overnight).

  • Place on hot barbecue grill, turning regularly.

  • Grill until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through.

Extra Tip:

 

Tip if using chicken legs, you can microwave for a few minutes before adding marinade. This will help ensure chicken cooks through and doesn't remain pink inside.
