Baked Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:
Oven Baked Pork Chops & Stuffing
4 to 6 good quality pork chops 3 cups soft bread cubes 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1/4 cup melted butter 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon pork seasoning

Directions:

Place pork chops in lightly greased baking dish.

Place bread cubes, onion, butter, water and pork seasoning in large bowl and mix well.

Place a mound of stuffing mixture over each pork chop.

In another bowl mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and pour over pork chops and stuffing.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350F for about 1 hour or until pork chops are browned and cooked through.

Extra Tip:
For a complete all in one meal, place vegetables of choice (carrots, green beans, etc.) under pork chops and follow recipe as above. To give the stuffing a bit more of a kick, add a little chopped apple and finely diced sausage to stuffing mixture before placing over pork chops.
