Apple & Pear Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashion oats 1 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup water 1 apple (chopped into small pieces or grated) 1 ripe pear (chopped into small pieces)

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently for five minutes, stirring often, until the mixture has thickened.
